Thermal Imaging Diagnostics was co-founded in 1994 by Howard Lustgarten and Stu Ruda.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide our clients with the most accurate inspection data for the long-term maintenance of their roofing and waterproofing assets using state of the art moisture detection equipment.
After eight years of continuous growth in the roof consulting field, Thermal Imaging Diagnostics developed our newest division, Roof Management Solutions, to handle the roofing and waterproofing consulting of the company. Thermal Imaging Diagnostics continues to provide all the infrared, nuclear, capacitance, and other roof testing diagnostics to our clients.
In addition to our comprehensive menu of roof inspection and management services, Roof Management Solutions provides our clients with specification preparation for the repair, restoration, and / or replacement of the roofing and waterproofing building envelope. We also provide a full complement of project management services and total quality inspections.
Our infrared roof moisture detection and weatherproofing consulting services are provided throughout the United States. Additionally, Thermal Imaging Diagnostics now offers infrared scanning of electrical systems as components of our Protective Maintenance Programs.
Both firms are very active in many professional organizations that support our growing client base. We have developed and teach "State of Florida" continuing education courses for condominium managers that include all facets of the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry. We have been privileged to be invited to present seminars on roof management and infrared analysis to various local professional groups and organizations.
